本《SkyLaneVPN 用户服务协议》(以下简称“本协议”)由您与 CENTURY TRIP LIMITED(以下简称“本公司”或“我们”)就您下载、安装、注册、登录、访问、订阅或使用 SkyLaneVPN 应用及相关服务所订立。请您在使用本服务前认真阅读并充分理解本协议全部内容。您一旦下载、安装、注册、登录、访问、订阅或使用本服务,即视为您已阅读、理解并同意接受本协议全部条款的约束。
一、服务内容
- SkyLaneVPN 是一款网络连接、网络加速与网络安全服务应用,旨在为用户提供网络连接优化、隐私保护辅助及相关技术服务。
- 本服务可能包括免费功能、试用功能与收费功能。具体功能范围、可用地区、服务节点、连接质量、使用时长、会员权益、设备数量及其他内容,以应用内实际展示为准。
- 我们有权基于业务发展、合规要求、技术升级、运营安排或安全管理,对服务内容、服务形式、功能模块、服务节点、资费模式等进行调整。
- 本服务仅限在适用法律法规允许的范围内使用。您不得将本服务用于任何非法目的或违法活动。
二、用户资格与使用条件
- 您应具备完全民事行为能力;如您未达到所在地法律规定的完全民事行为能力年龄,应在监护人同意并指导下使用本服务。
- 您应确保您所在国家、地区或网络环境允许您合法使用本服务。
- 如您代表企业、组织或其他主体使用本服务,您应确保已获得充分授权,并由该企业、组织或相关主体承担相应责任。
三、账号、游客 ID 与设备访问
- 您可根据应用实际提供的方式使用本服务,包括但不限于游客模式、设备识别登录、Apple 登录、Google 登录、邮箱登录或其他登录方式,具体以应用内实际提供为准。
- 为降低使用门槛,SkyLaneVPN 可能在您首次安装或启动时,根据设备安装信息生成临时用户 ID 或游客 ID。该 ID 仅用于识别设备访问状态、会员权益、试用权益、工单记录和基础服务配置。
- 如您后续注册账号或使用 Apple / Google 等第三方方式登录,系统可能将原临时 ID、设备信息、订阅权益或历史使用记录绑定至新的正式账号,原临时 ID 可能被合并、注销或不再作为独立账号使用。
- 如本服务支持账号体系,您应妥善保管账号、验证码、登录凭证及相关设备信息。因您保管不善、共享设备、泄露验证码或授权第三方使用导致的损失,由您自行承担。
- 您应保证您提交的信息真实、准确、完整、合法,并在信息发生变化时及时更新。
- 未经我们书面同意,您不得出借、出租、转让、售卖、共享或以其他方式许可他人使用您的账号、会员权益、设备名额或服务资格。
四、免费服务、试用权益与收费服务
- 本服务可能向用户提供免费功能、免费体验、7 天试用、限时活动权益或其他试用权益,具体规则、适用设备、可用地区、使用期限和限制条件以应用内公示为准。
- 对于收费功能、会员服务、订阅服务或其他数字权益,如该等功能在 iOS 应用内解锁、购买或续费,将通过 Apple App Store 的应用内购买(In-App Purchase)方式完成;如在 Android 端购买,可能通过 Google Play 或应用内展示的其他合规方式完成。实际价格、计费周期、试用规则、优惠规则及服务内容以购买页面展示为准。
- 如启用自动续费订阅,您在订阅前将看到订阅周期、价格、权益范围、续费方式及取消路径等信息。您确认购买即表示同意由对应平台按其规则完成扣费与续费处理。
- 自动续费订阅会在当前订阅周期结束时自动续费,除非您在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时通过 Apple ID 或 Google Play 订阅管理页面取消自动续费。具体取消路径以 Apple 或 Google 当前规则为准。
- 关于扣费、续费、取消、退款等事项,如适用 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 平台规则的,以对应平台的计费与退款规则为准。我们可在合理范围内协助查询订阅状态,但不直接处理由平台完成的支付结算。
- 如您曾购买可恢复的数字权益,可通过应用内“恢复购买”或同类功能恢复已购权益。恢复结果取决于平台返回的有效订阅状态、购买凭证及账号绑定关系。
- 除法律另有规定或应用内另有明确说明外,免费服务不折现,不替代付费权益;已生效的收费服务一般不支持中途折算、转让或兑换现金。
五、用户行为规范
您在使用本服务时,不得实施以下行为:
- 违反任何适用法律法规、监管要求、国际条约、公序良俗或社会公共利益;
- 利用本服务从事侵害国家安全、网络安全、数据安全、知识产权、商业秘密或他人合法权益的行为;
- 利用本服务进行欺诈、入侵、扫描、传播恶意程序、垃圾信息、网络攻击、钓鱼、破解、绕过授权访问、批量注册、洗钱、非法交易或其他违法违规行为;
- 通过反向工程、反编译、反汇编、篡改客户端、伪造请求、滥用接口、搭建镜像站、转售节点、共享会员权益或其他方式损害本服务正常运行;
- 规避、破坏或绕过本服务的安全措施、风控策略、计费机制、设备限制、访问控制或地区限制;
- 冒充他人、伪造身份、恶意投诉、散布虚假信息或损害本公司、本服务或其他用户的合法权益。
如您违反本条约定,我们有权依据实际情况采取警告、限制功能、暂停服务、终止服务、封禁账号、拒绝不合理退款请求、保留证据并向主管机关报告等措施。
六、服务可用性与合理限制
- 您理解并同意,网络连接服务受互联网基础设施、第三方运营商、地区政策、设备兼容性、网络环境、机房资源、系统维护及不可抗力等因素影响。本公司不承诺服务始终持续、稳定、无中断、无延迟或完全满足您的全部预期。
- 为保障系统稳定与公平使用,我们有权对带宽、连接次数、会话时长、并发设备数、地区节点访问、异常流量、账号共享、风险行为及滥用行为设置合理限制。
- 如因系统维护、升级、故障修复、监管要求、安全事件处置、第三方线路调整等原因需要暂停或限制服务的,我们将尽合理努力提前通知或事后说明。
- 由于 VPN 或网络连接服务具有跨区域、跨运营商和实时网络传输特征,不同地区、不同设备、不同运营商环境下的速度、稳定性、节点可用性可能存在差异。
七、隐私与数据保护
- 我们重视用户隐私与数据安全。有关我们如何处理您的个人信息、设备信息、订阅信息、诊断日志及其他相关数据,请以《SkyLaneVPN 隐私政策》及《数据收集声明》为准。
- 您理解并同意,在您使用本服务前,我们可能会向您展示数据收集与使用说明页面;您阅读并确认后,方可继续购买或使用相关服务。
- 我们不会以违反适用法律或与隐私政策不一致的方式处理您的数据。
八、知识产权
- SkyLaneVPN 应用及相关服务中包含的所有内容,包括但不限于软件、代码、界面设计、图形图像、文字说明、商标、标识、音视频、文档及其衍生内容,其知识产权均归本公司或合法权利人所有。
- 未经本公司事先书面许可,您不得对前述内容进行复制、修改、传播、出租、出售、反向工程、展示、出版或商业化使用。
- 您在使用本服务过程中向我们提交的意见、建议、反馈或改进方案,在不违反法律的前提下,我们有权为改进服务之目的无偿使用。
九、第三方服务
- 本服务可能涉及 Apple App Store、Apple 登录、Apple 应用内购买、Google 登录、Google Play、云服务商、网络基础设施服务商、推送服务、崩溃分析服务、客服系统或其他第三方服务。
- 前述第三方服务由相应第三方独立提供并承担责任。对于因第三方服务故障、限制、政策变化或中断造成的影响,我们将在合理范围内协助处理,但不对第三方原因直接导致的损失承担责任。
- 您在使用第三方服务时,还应遵守该第三方公布的协议、规则与政策。
十、服务变更、中止与终止
- 在以下情形下,我们有权全部或部分中止、限制或终止向您提供服务:
(1)您违反本协议或适用法律法规;
(2)您的行为危及系统安全、网络安全、数据安全或其他用户合法权益;
(3)主管机关要求、司法要求或合规需要;
(4)本服务所在平台、地区或业务模式发生重大政策变化;
(5)其他我们认为有必要采取风险控制措施的情形。
- 如本服务支持账号体系,且您依法享有删除账号的权利,您可按应用内提供的路径或官网账户注销页面申请删除账号。账号删除后,与该账号相关的部分信息、权益、设备绑定、订单记录、工单记录与使用记录可能无法恢复,法律法规另有要求或双方另有约定的除外。
- 服务终止后,本协议中关于知识产权、数据保护、免责限制、责任限制、争议解决等条款仍具有法律效力。
十一、免责声明
- 本服务按“现状”和“可提供”基础提供。除法律另有明确规定外,我们不就服务的适销性、特定目的适用性、无错误、不中断、无病毒、完全安全或完全满足您的需求作任何明示或默示保证。
- 您因使用本服务产生的设备损耗、移动流量费用、运营商费用、软件兼容问题、第三方账户限制、网络波动、地区访问差异、节点不可用等风险,由您自行承担。
- 对于因不可抗力、网络基础设施故障、黑客攻击、病毒木马、系统升级、政策调整、第三方原因或非因我们故意或重大过失导致的损失,我们在法律允许范围内不承担责任。
十二、责任限制
- 在适用法律允许的最大范围内,本公司对因使用或无法使用本服务所产生的任何间接损失、附带损失、特殊损失、惩罚性损失、利润损失、数据损失、商誉损失,不承担责任。
- 如法律要求我们承担责任,我们在任何情况下的累计责任总额,以您在争议发生前十二(12)个月内就相关服务实际支付给本公司的金额为上限;如您未支付任何费用,则以法律允许的最低责任范围为限。
十三、协议更新
- 我们有权根据法律法规、监管要求、业务发展、产品更新、服务调整或应用商店审核规则变化,对本协议进行修订。
- 修订后的协议可通过应用内页面、官网页面、弹窗提示、邮件通知或其他合理方式公布。
- 协议更新后,若您继续使用本服务,即视为您已接受更新后的协议;若您不同意更新内容,您应停止使用本服务。
十四、法律适用与争议解决
- 本协议的订立、生效、解释、履行及争议解决,在不违反用户所在地强制性法律规定的前提下,适用本公司注册地相关法律。
- 因本协议引起或与本协议有关的任何争议,双方应首先友好协商解决;协商不成的,任一方可向有管辖权的法院或依法约定的争议解决机构提起处理。
- 如本协议任何条款被认定无效或不可执行,不影响其余条款的效力。

Welcome to SkyLaneVPN applications, website and related services.
These SkyLaneVPN Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are entered into by and between you and CENTURY TRIP LIMITED (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) in connection with your download, installation, registration, sign-in, access, subscription to or use of SkyLaneVPN applications and related services. Please read these Terms carefully before using the services. By downloading, installing, registering, signing in, accessing, subscribing to or using the services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.
1. Service Description
- SkyLaneVPN is a network connectivity, network acceleration and network security service application designed to provide connection optimization, privacy-protection assistance and related technical services.
- The services may include free features, trial features and paid features. The actual feature scope, available regions, server nodes, connection quality, usage duration, membership benefits, device limits and other details are subject to what is displayed in the app.
- We may adjust service content, service forms, feature modules, server nodes, pricing models and related arrangements due to business development, compliance requirements, technical upgrades, operational needs or security management.
- The services may only be used where permitted by applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the services for any illegal purpose or unlawful activity.
2. User Eligibility and Conditions of Use
- You must have full legal capacity. If you have not reached the age of legal capacity under the laws of your location, you must use the services with the consent and guidance of your guardian.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your country, region or network environment permits your lawful use of the services.
- If you use the services on behalf of a company, organization or other entity, you represent that you have sufficient authorization, and the relevant entity shall assume corresponding responsibility.
3. Account, Guest ID and Device Access
- You may use the services through methods actually provided in the app, including but not limited to guest mode, device-based sign-in, Sign in with Apple, Google sign-in, email sign-in or other login methods.
- To reduce friction, SkyLaneVPN may generate a temporary user ID or guest ID based on device installation information when you first install or launch the app. This ID is used only to identify device access status, membership benefits, trial benefits, support tickets and basic service configuration.
- If you later register an account or sign in through Apple, Google or another third-party method, the system may bind your previous temporary ID, device information, subscription benefits or historical usage records to the new formal account. The previous temporary ID may be merged, deactivated or no longer used as an independent account.
- If the services support an account system, you are responsible for properly safeguarding your account, verification codes, login credentials and related device information. Losses caused by poor safeguarding, shared devices, leaked verification codes or authorization of third-party use shall be borne by you.
- You must ensure that the information you submit is true, accurate, complete and lawful, and you should update it promptly if it changes.
- Without our prior written consent, you must not lend, rent, transfer, sell, share or otherwise permit others to use your account, membership benefits, device quota or service eligibility.
4. Free Services, Trial Benefits and Paid Services
- The services may provide free features, free trials, 7-day trials, limited-time promotional benefits or other trial benefits. The specific rules, applicable devices, available regions, duration and limitations are subject to in-app disclosures.
- For paid features, memberships, subscriptions or other digital benefits, if such features are unlocked, purchased or renewed within the iOS app, the transaction will be completed through Apple App Store In-App Purchase. For Android, purchases may be completed through Google Play or other compliant methods displayed in the app. Actual prices, billing periods, trial rules, promotional rules and service content are subject to the purchase page.
- If an auto-renewable subscription is enabled, you will see the subscription period, price, benefit scope, renewal method and cancellation path before subscribing. By confirming the purchase, you agree that the relevant platform may charge and renew the subscription under its rules.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the current subscription period unless you cancel auto-renewal through Apple ID or Google Play subscription management at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The actual cancellation path is subject to Apple’s or Google’s current rules.
- For billing, renewal, cancellation and refund matters governed by Apple App Store or Google Play rules, the corresponding platform’s billing and refund policies shall apply. We may assist in checking subscription status within a reasonable scope, but we do not directly process payment settlement completed by the platform.
- If you have purchased recoverable digital benefits, you may restore them through “Restore Purchases” or similar features in the app. The result depends on the valid subscription status, purchase receipt and account binding relationship returned by the platform.
- Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in the app, free services have no cash value and do not replace paid benefits. Effective paid services generally cannot be prorated, transferred or redeemed for cash midway through a billing period.
5. User Conduct
When using the services, you must not engage in any of the following:
- Violating any applicable law, regulation, regulatory requirement, international treaty, public order, good morals or public interest;
- Using the services to infringe national security, network security, data security, intellectual property rights, trade secrets or the lawful rights and interests of others;
- Using the services for fraud, intrusion, scanning, malware distribution, spam, cyberattacks, phishing, cracking, unauthorized access bypass, bulk registration, money laundering, illegal transactions or other unlawful activities;
- Damaging normal operation of the services through reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, client modification, forged requests, API abuse, mirror sites, node resale, membership sharing or other methods;
- Circumventing, disrupting or bypassing security measures, risk-control policies, billing mechanisms, device limits, access controls or regional restrictions of the services;
- Impersonating others, falsifying identity, submitting malicious complaints, spreading false information or damaging the lawful rights and interests of the Company, the services or other users.
If you violate this section, we may, depending on the circumstances, issue warnings, restrict features, suspend services, terminate services, ban accounts, reject unreasonable refund requests, preserve evidence and report to competent authorities.
6. Service Availability and Reasonable Restrictions
- You understand and agree that network connectivity services are affected by internet infrastructure, third-party carriers, regional policies, device compatibility, network conditions, data-center resources, system maintenance and force majeure. We do not promise that the services will always be continuous, stable, uninterrupted, delay-free or fully meet all your expectations.
- To maintain system stability and fair use, we may impose reasonable limits on bandwidth, connection counts, session duration, concurrent device numbers, regional node access, abnormal traffic, account sharing, risk behavior and abusive behavior.
- If suspension or restriction is required due to maintenance, upgrades, bug fixes, regulatory requirements, security incidents, third-party route adjustments or similar reasons, we will use reasonable efforts to provide prior notice or subsequent explanation.
- Because VPN or network connectivity services involve cross-region, cross-carrier and real-time transmission, speed, stability and node availability may vary across regions, devices and carrier environments.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
- We value user privacy and data security. Details about how we process your personal information, device information, subscription information, diagnostic logs and other related data are set out in the SkyLaneVPN Privacy Policy and Data Collection Statement.
- You understand and agree that before you use the services, we may present a data collection and use disclosure page. You may need to read and confirm it before continuing to purchase or use relevant services.
- We will not process your data in a manner that violates applicable law or conflicts with our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content contained in SkyLaneVPN applications and related services, including but not limited to software, code, interface design, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, audiovisual materials, documents and derivative content, is owned by the Company or lawful rights holders.
- Without our prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, rent, sell, reverse engineer, display, publish or commercially use the foregoing content.
- Any comments, suggestions, feedback or improvement proposals you submit to us during use may be used by us free of charge for the purpose of improving the services, provided such use does not violate the law.
9. Third-Party Services
- The services may involve Apple App Store, Sign in with Apple, Apple In-App Purchase, Google sign-in, Google Play, cloud service providers, network infrastructure providers, push notification services, crash analytics services, customer support systems or other third-party services.
- The foregoing third-party services are independently provided and operated by the relevant third parties. For impacts caused by third-party service failures, restrictions, policy changes or interruptions, we will provide assistance within a reasonable scope but are not liable for losses directly caused by third-party reasons.
- When using third-party services, you must also comply with the agreements, rules and policies published by the relevant third parties.
10. Service Changes, Suspension and Termination
- We may suspend, restrict or terminate all or part of the services in any of the following circumstances:
(1) You violate these Terms or applicable laws and regulations;
(2) Your behavior endangers system security, network security, data security or the lawful rights and interests of other users;
(3) Competent authorities, judicial authorities or compliance obligations require it;
(4) The platform, region or business model related to the services undergoes significant policy changes;
(5) Other circumstances where we reasonably believe risk-control measures are necessary.
- If the services support an account system and you have the legal right to delete your account, you may request account deletion through the path provided in the app or on the website account deletion page. After deletion, related information, benefits, device bindings, order records, support tickets and usage records may not be recoverable, unless otherwise required by law or agreed by both parties.
- After service termination, provisions concerning intellectual property, data protection, disclaimers, limitation of liability and dispute resolution shall remain legally effective.
11. Disclaimers
- The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Except as expressly required by law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, error-free operation, uninterrupted operation, virus-free operation, complete security or full satisfaction of your needs.
- You are responsible for risks arising from your use of the services, including device wear, mobile data charges, carrier charges, software compatibility issues, third-party account restrictions, network fluctuations, regional access differences and unavailable nodes.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, internet infrastructure failures, hacker attacks, viruses or trojans, system upgrades, policy adjustments, third-party reasons, or reasons not attributable to our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
12. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, profit-loss, data-loss or goodwill-loss damages arising from the use of or inability to use the services.
- If the law requires us to assume liability, our aggregate liability in any event shall be limited to the amount you actually paid to the Company for the relevant services during the twelve (12) months before the dispute arose. If you have not paid any fees, our liability shall be limited to the minimum scope permitted by law.
13. Updates to These Terms
- We may revise these Terms based on laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, business development, product updates, service adjustments or changes to app store review rules.
- The revised Terms may be published through in-app pages, website pages, pop-up notices, email notices or other reasonable methods.
- After the Terms are updated, your continued use of the services will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updates, you should stop using the services.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- The formation, effectiveness, interpretation, performance and dispute resolution of these Terms shall, to the extent not inconsistent with mandatory laws of the user’s location, be governed by the laws applicable at the Company’s place of registration.
- Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction or a dispute resolution body agreed in accordance with law.
- If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
