- 验证和恢复您的购买权益、会员状态、试用权益或订阅状态。

- 识别和防范欺诈、滥用、攻击、异常流量、非法用途及其他安全风险。
- 履行适用法律法规、监管要求、司法程序、行政要求或应用商店审核要求。

四、我们处理信息的法律基础与同意

七、数据存储地点、期限与删除
- 我们会根据服务提供需要、法律法规要求及最小必要原则设定信息保存期限。
- 一般情况下:
(1)客服咨询信息:保留至问题处理完成后合理期限内;
(2)交易与订阅校验记录:保留至完成校验、对账、售后及法律要求所需期间;
(3)必要安全日志与错误诊断信息:仅保留保障安全、排查故障和防滥用所需的最短期限;

CENTURY TRIP LIMITED (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) values your personal information and privacy. This SkyLaneVPN Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how we collect, use, store, protect and delete information when you use the SkyLaneVPN application, website and related services, and how you may exercise your rights.
Before you purchase, download, install, register, sign in to, access or use the services, please read and understand this Policy carefully. - Security and anti-abuse information, such as abnormal connection frequency, request behavior characteristics, installation identifier or anti-abuse identifier, used to identify abuse, attacks, fraud and to maintain service stability.
(C) Information We Do Not Collect or Do Not Retain Long-Term
- We do not collect the body content of webpages you access through the VPN.
- We do not collect your communications content, message body content or file content.
- We do not collect DNS query content for advertising, profiling or sale.
- We do not sell, trade or rent any data related to VPN usage.
- Necessary network parameters briefly processed during real-time connection establishment are generally processed only for the session as required and are not retained long-term for purposes unrelated to the service, unless otherwise required by law.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, optimize and secure the VPN service, including connection establishment, node allocation, connection diagnostics, performance optimization and stability maintenance.
- To verify and restore your purchase benefits, membership status, trial benefits or subscription status.
- To respond to your inquiries, complaints, feedback and after-sales requests.
- To identify and prevent fraud, abuse, attacks, abnormal traffic, illegal use and other security risks.
