欢迎使用 SkyLaneVPN(以下简称“本服务”)。为保障用户对个人账户及相关数据的控制权,用户可依照本《SkyLaneVPN 账户注销协议》(以下简称“本协议”)申请注销其在 SkyLaneVPN 中注册、绑定、使用或自动生成的账户。
本协议由您与 CENTURY TRIP LIMITED(以下简称“本公司”或“我们”)共同遵守。本协议是《用户服务协议》《隐私政策》的组成部分,与前述文件具有同等效力;如本协议与《隐私政策》中关于账户删除、数据保留或用户权利的条款存在不一致之处,以对用户更有利且符合适用法律法规要求的条款为准。
一、适用范围
本协议适用于用户在 SkyLaneVPN 中创建、绑定、使用或自动生成的账户,包括但不限于:
- 通过邮箱、Apple 登录、Google 登录或其他方式注册、绑定或登录的账户;
- 客户端首次启动后自动创建的游客账户、设备账户、匿名账户、临时账户或安装标识账户;
- 与前述账户关联的会员权益、订阅状态、订单记录、设备绑定信息、基础资料、偏好配置、客服工单及必要业务日志等。
二、账户注销方式
1. App 内申请
用户可在 App 内通过以下路径发起账户注销申请:
“我的 / 账户与安全 / 注销账户” 或 “设置 / 账户管理 / 删除账户”。具体入口以 App 实际展示为准。
为保护账户安全,我们可在注销过程中要求用户完成合理且必要的身份核验,例如登录校验、邮箱验证码校验、Apple 登录账户确认、Google 登录账户确认、设备绑定验证、订单信息核验或二次确认。
2. 邮件辅助申请
如因设备故障、版本兼容、地区网络、账号异常或临时技术原因导致用户无法在 App 内正常提交申请,用户可通过 [email protected] 联系我们协助处理。邮件中建议提供注册邮箱、用户 ID、绑定登录方式、设备信息或可核验的订阅订单信息。
除存在身份安全风险、法律法规要求或合理风控需要外,我们原则上不会要求用户必须通过电话、人工客服或额外复杂流程才能完成注销。
三、注销前的风险与影响提示
重要提示:账户注销完成后,相关账户、权益和数据通常不可恢复。请您在提交申请前确认是否仍需要继续使用会员服务、设备绑定、历史订单、客服记录或其他账户权益。
- 账户注销后,与该账户相关的登录资格、会员身份、设备绑定关系、站内权益、历史偏好配置、客服入口及部分服务记录可能被删除、去标识化或匿名化处理,且一般不可恢复。
- 若账户中存在未使用完的会员服务、试用权益、优惠权益、积分、设备数权益或其他与账户关联的服务内容,注销后可能无法继续使用。
- 如账户当前绑定 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 自动续费订阅,账户注销并不当然等同于取消平台订阅扣费。用户应在 Apple ID、App Store、Google Play 或对应平台的订阅管理页面中自行取消订阅,以避免后续自动续费。
- 如法律法规、监管要求、税务要求、财务审计、争议处理、网络安全义务、反欺诈或交易留痕要求规定某些数据必须保留,我们将在法定范围和必要期限内继续保存相关信息,到期后再删除或匿名化处理。
四、可申请注销的前提条件
在符合法律法规及平台正常业务规则的前提下,用户通常可申请账户注销。为避免影响交易安全、服务履行或争议处理,我们可能要求在以下事项处理完成后再执行最终注销:
- 账户身份核验已完成,且申请人为账户本人或经合法授权的主体;
- 账户不存在未完结的投诉、申诉、退款争议、售后争议、违规处置或司法、行政调查事项;
- 账户不存在因欺诈、滥用、黑灰产风险、网络攻击、恶意注册、异常订阅、退款欺诈或洗钱风险识别等原因而需进一步核查的情形;
- 账户关联的应履行义务、争议处理、法定保留义务或安全审计要求已处理完毕;
- 我们认为法律法规允许注销,且注销不会损害第三方合法权益或公共利益。
如存在依法必须暂缓删除的情况,我们将向用户说明原因,并在相关原因消除后尽快处理。
五、账户注销处理流程
- 用户在 App 内进入注销入口,或通过邮件提交辅助申请;
- 用户阅读账户注销提示、订阅取消提示、数据删除提示及不可恢复说明;
- 我们进行必要的身份校验、账户状态检查和风险确认;
- 用户完成二次确认并提交注销申请;
- 我们受理注销请求,并在合理期限内完成处理;
- 处理完成后,我们可通过 App 内通知、站内消息、邮箱或其他已绑定联系方式向用户反馈结果。
通常情况下,我们将在收到完整、可验证的注销申请后 15 个工作日内 完成处理。若因身份核验、争议处理、平台订阅状态、法律合规或技术原因需要更长时间,我们会在合理范围内向您说明。
六、账户注销后的数据处理规则
账户注销完成后,我们将根据业务场景、技术可行性及法律法规要求,对用户数据采取删除、去标识化、匿名化或法定留存等处理措施:
- 通常删除或匿名化的数据:账户资料、登录标识、设备绑定关系、服务偏好、非必须历史记录、与账户直接关联的个人数据、非必要客服记录及非必要业务记录等。
- 依法或必要保留的数据:根据适用法律法规、监管要求、财务审计、税务合规、信息安全、争议解决、反欺诈、网络日志留存、交易对账或平台审核要求必须保留的信息。
- 技术备份数据:由于系统备份、灾备切换或日志归档机制,部分数据可能不会即时从备份介质中彻底擦除,但我们将在备份轮转周期结束或技术可行时删除,且在保留期间不会再将其用于日常业务处理,法律法规另有规定的除外。
七、关于 Apple 订阅、Google Play 订阅、退款与计费说明
- 如用户通过 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 购买自动续费订阅、会员服务或其他数字服务,账户注销不会自动替用户取消平台自动续费订阅。
- 用户应前往 iPhone、iPad 的系统订阅管理页面、App Store 订阅管理页面、Google Play 订阅管理页面或相应平台提供的订阅管理入口自行取消。
- 已支付费用、续费扣费、退款申请、退款结果和订单争议,通常受 Apple App Store、Google Play 或相应平台的支付与退款规则约束。
- 如 SkyLaneVPN 支持设置“在当前订阅周期结束后再执行账户删除”,我们可提供该选项;如用户希望立即删除账户,仍可按平台流程继续申请,但应自行关注订阅取消状态。
八、特殊说明
1. 自动创建账户
如 SkyLaneVPN 在客户端首次运行时自动生成游客账户、设备账户、匿名账户或临时账户,用户仍享有删除该账户及其关联数据的权利,我们将提供相应的注销入口或辅助申请方式。
2. 用户生成内容
如用户在服务中存在评论、反馈、上传截图、日志文件、工单内容或其他用户生成内容,我们将在适用法律和技术可行的前提下,随账户注销一并删除、匿名化或解除关联;法律法规另有规定的,从其规定。
3. 安全与误删防护
为防止盗号删号、误删、恶意申请或他人冒用申请,我们可要求补充必要信息完成身份确认,并可在合理范围内设置二次确认、冷静确认或风险审核流程。
九、未成年人保护
如适用法律法规要求对未成年人个人信息采取特殊保护措施,我们将在账户注销及数据处理过程中依法执行相应规则。若监护人认为未成年人未经授权使用本服务创建账户,可通过本协议载明的联系方式与我们联系处理。
十、协议更新
- 我们可根据法律法规变化、监管要求、业务调整、产品功能更新、平台审核规则或账户删除机制优化,对本协议进行修订。
- 修订后的版本将通过官网页面、公示页面、App 内页面、弹窗提示或其他合理方式发布。
- 若修订内容依法需要取得用户同意,我们将按要求另行履行告知或同意义务。

Welcome to SkyLaneVPN (the “Service”). To protect users’ control over their accounts and related data, users may request deletion of any account registered, bound, used or automatically generated in SkyLaneVPN in accordance with this SkyLaneVPN Account Deletion Policy (the “Policy”).
This Policy is entered into between you and CENTURY TRIP LIMITED (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and has the same legal effect. If there is any inconsistency between this Policy and the Privacy Policy regarding account deletion, data retention or user rights, the provision that is more favorable to the user and compliant with applicable laws shall prevail.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to accounts created, bound, used or automatically generated in SkyLaneVPN, including but not limited to:
- Accounts registered, bound or signed in through email, Sign in with Apple, Google sign-in or other methods;
- Guest accounts, device accounts, anonymous accounts, temporary accounts or installation-identifier accounts automatically created when the client is first launched;
- Membership benefits, subscription status, order records, device bindings, basic profile information, preferences, support tickets and necessary business logs associated with the foregoing accounts.
2. How to Request Account Deletion
2.1 In-App Request
You may initiate an account deletion request in the app through:
“Me / Account & Security / Delete Account” or “Settings / Account Management / Delete Account”. The actual path is subject to the interface displayed in the app.
To protect account security, we may require reasonable and necessary identity verification during the deletion process, such as login verification, email verification code, Apple account confirmation, Google account confirmation, device-binding verification, order information verification or secondary confirmation.
2.2 Email-Assisted Request
If you cannot submit a request in the app due to device failure, version compatibility, regional network issues, account abnormalities or temporary technical reasons, you may contact us at [email protected] for assistance. We recommend including your registered email, user ID, linked sign-in method, device information or verifiable subscription order information.
Except where identity security risks, legal requirements or reasonable risk-control needs exist, we do not generally require users to complete account deletion only through phone calls, manual customer support or unnecessarily complex additional procedures.
3. Important Effects Before Deletion
Important Notice: Once account deletion is completed, the related account, benefits and data are generally unrecoverable. Please confirm whether you still need membership services, device bindings, order history, support records or other account benefits before submitting your request.
- After account deletion, login eligibility, membership status, device bindings, in-app benefits, historical preferences, support access and certain service records associated with the account may be deleted, de-identified or anonymized and generally cannot be restored.
- If the account contains unused membership services, trial benefits, promotional benefits, points, device-count benefits or other account-related service content, such content may no longer be available after deletion.
- If the account is associated with an auto-renewable subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play, account deletion does not automatically cancel the platform subscription. You should cancel the subscription in Apple ID, App Store, Google Play or the relevant platform’s subscription management page to avoid future renewal charges.
- If laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, tax requirements, financial audits, dispute resolution, cybersecurity obligations, anti-fraud obligations or transaction traceability requirements require certain data to be retained, we will continue to retain such information within the legally required or necessary scope and period, and delete or anonymize it after the period expires.
4. Conditions for Account Deletion
Subject to applicable laws and normal business rules, users may generally request account deletion. To avoid affecting transaction security, service performance or dispute handling, we may require the following matters to be completed before final deletion:
- Account identity verification has been completed, and the requester is the account holder or a legally authorized party;
- The account has no pending complaints, appeals, refund disputes, after-sales disputes, violation handling, judicial or administrative investigations;
- The account is not subject to further review due to fraud, abuse, black-market risk, cyberattack, malicious registration, abnormal subscription, refund fraud or money-laundering risk identification;
- Associated obligations, dispute handling, statutory retention obligations or security audit requirements have been completed;
- We reasonably determine that deletion is permitted by law and will not harm the lawful rights and interests of third parties or the public interest.
If deletion must be postponed under applicable law, we will explain the reason and process the request as soon as the relevant reason no longer exists.
5. Account Deletion Process
- The user enters the deletion entry in the app or submits an email-assisted request;
- The user reads the account deletion notice, subscription cancellation notice, data deletion notice and unrecoverable-effect notice;
- We conduct necessary identity verification, account status checks and risk confirmation;
- The user completes secondary confirmation and submits the deletion request;
- We accept the deletion request and complete processing within a reasonable period;
- After processing is completed, we may notify the user through in-app notification, in-app message, email or other linked contact method.
Under normal circumstances, we will complete processing within 15 business days after receiving a complete and verifiable deletion request. If more time is needed due to identity verification, dispute handling, platform subscription status, legal compliance or technical reasons, we will provide an explanation within a reasonable scope.
6. Data Processing After Account Deletion
After account deletion is completed, we will delete, de-identify, anonymize or legally retain user data according to business scenarios, technical feasibility and legal requirements:
- Data generally deleted or anonymized: account profile, login identifiers, device bindings, service preferences, non-essential historical records, personal data directly associated with the account, non-essential support records and non-essential business records.
- Data retained as legally required or necessary: information required to be retained under applicable laws, regulatory requirements, financial audits, tax compliance, information security, dispute resolution, anti-fraud, network log retention, transaction reconciliation or app platform review requirements.
- Technical backup data: due to system backups, disaster recovery or log archiving mechanisms, some data may not be immediately removed from backup media. We will delete it after the backup rotation cycle ends or when technically feasible, and will not use it for ordinary business processing during retention unless otherwise required by law.
7. Apple Subscription, Google Play Subscription, Refunds and Billing
- If you purchased auto-renewable subscriptions, membership services or other digital services through Apple App Store or Google Play, account deletion does not automatically cancel platform auto-renewal subscriptions.
- You should cancel subscriptions through the iPhone or iPad system subscription management page, App Store subscription management page, Google Play subscription management page or other subscription management entry provided by the relevant platform.
- Paid fees, renewal charges, refund requests, refund results and order disputes are generally governed by the payment and refund rules of Apple App Store, Google Play or the relevant platform.
- If SkyLaneVPN supports the option to execute account deletion after the current subscription period ends, we may provide that option. If you wish to delete the account immediately, you may still continue through our process, but you should monitor the subscription cancellation status yourself.
8. Special Notes
8.1 Automatically Created Accounts
If SkyLaneVPN automatically creates a guest account, device account, anonymous account or temporary account when the client first runs, users still have the right to delete that account and its associated data, and we will provide a corresponding deletion entry or assisted request method.
8.2 User-Generated Content
If users submit comments, feedback, screenshots, log files, support ticket content or other user-generated content in the service, we will delete, anonymize or disassociate such content together with account deletion to the extent permitted by applicable law and technically feasible, unless otherwise required by law.
8.3 Security and Misdeletion Prevention
To prevent account theft, accidental deletion, malicious requests or impersonated requests, we may require additional necessary information for identity confirmation and may apply secondary confirmation, cooling-off confirmation or risk review procedures within a reasonable scope.
9. Protection of Minors
If applicable laws require special protection for minors’ personal information, we will comply with such rules during account deletion and data processing. If a guardian believes that a minor has created an account without authorization, the guardian may contact us using the methods listed in this Policy.
10. Updates to This Policy
- We may revise this Policy based on changes in laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, business adjustments, product feature updates, platform review rules or optimization of the account deletion mechanism.
- The revised version will be published through the website page, public notice page, in-app page, pop-up notice or other reasonable methods.
- If the revision legally requires user consent, we will separately fulfill notification or consent obligations as required.
